Additional comments:
With an affordable $565 a month rate it appears the campground attracts a lot of long term or even semi permanent residents. The swimming pool located inside the campground was closed during our stay here in June??? Outside in the 270 acre park is a swimming beach and water park with slides, but it appears to be closed and abandoned. I didn't ask but I suspect the county is unable to supply the funds to support these amenities.
